In January 26th 2010 Civil Engineering National Conference VI was held in ITS. This event was held by Graduate Programs in Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning ITS Surabaya with the main theme of this Conference are "Pengembangan Infrastruktur dalam Menunjang Pembangunan Ekonomi Nasional" [Infrastructure development in Sustainable National Economics Growth]. The number of presenter participants surprisingly more than 110 papers, in which most of the papers is from other Institution and Universities. The papers was presented in six category covers from Structural Engineering, Hydrology and MRSA, Transportation Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental and Regional Planning. The conference went well even even though it will need many improvements in many ways but we already do our best this time... =). [More]

23 August 2009 - 5 September 2009, There was a "Prajabatan" in PUSDIKLAT Depdiknas - Sawangan not far away from my home in Bogor... First thought that the program will be handled by somewhat military officer like the story that I've heard before... "It's awfull there..., you will stay and sleep in the barracks...., etc" but the first sight when I was there it's seem different. When I was get in through the gate the place was more likely very comfortable, but still the story still affect my mind greatly... All of we fifteen participant from ITS Surabaya was separated in fifth class... Thanks god I've got class A and then our room was separated randomly... we've got the keys and get in to the room... Wow... I'm suprised that the room was really comfortable... There was Full Conditioner room with three single bed... there's a shower etc... 6 August 2009, I went to Jakarta to assist my student in participating Indonesia Bridge Competition (KJI-05) and Indonesia Building Construction Competition (KBGI-01) which was held for the first time. The competition was held at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta - Depok. After we arrived in Soekarno-Hatta Airport, we (Me and Harun) rent a silver bird car at the airport (It's more safely this way to travel at the Jakarta if we didn't know where we want to go...) and went to Wisma Makara UI depok and It takes about two hours from airport to Wisma Makara UI-Depok. Sunday 26 July 2009, We (Me, Rendy, Udhee and Tita) went to Ubaya Training Center at trawas. Start at 7.00 PM at Rendy house we prepare everything... well actually we went to trawas just to brought the Tart Cake safely to the randevous and a... thats it... So it's why we go to trawas... just to bring the cake safely... and eat him... hwe3x... After arrived at the UTC we had a walk along the UTC and taking some pictures with the beautiful scenery, enjoy the wooden house... it's was beautifull... feel's like in a natural village... everything was almost made by wood. A while ago I had uploaded one of my programs which is free to be used for a certain period (Trial Version), This program could be used to evaluate mix design of normal concrete material according to the ACI 211.1. This program (ITS MIX DESIGN ACI 211.1) was written in Microsoft Visual C#.Net 2008 for the calculation engine and the Graphical User Interface was written on Microsoft Visual Basic.Net 2008. This program is using the latest technology of DotNetFrameWork Platform, it is using DotNetFrameWork 3.5 which might be you are not familiar with, so let me explain... In building and compiling a programs nowadays it will required a platform this is started when the first DotNetFrameWork was created, so if you used old programs such as Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 it didn't have any DotNetFramework platform which it will make the program become more slower than the program has it embedded. After a few period the the forum has upgraded from version 4.9.0 to version 5.2.0...^^, There was a new feature if we compare with the previous version starting from the new complaint feature, message box and other improvements. The most important things in upgrading the forum was the data base because if it's not change according with the new one then error would like to occure when the application was running.... Hopefully with this upgrade the forum could be more comfortable in the future... [More]

Sorry for those who reads this blog... because there was an activities that cannot be disobey and because the author is quite lazy somehow the blog posting will be suspended, yesterday when I was browsing internet there was an update from "Jitbit Forum" till now the newest version was 5.1.4, and the forum was used in this website was version 4.9.0... it seems like that this forum should be upgrade...^^. Updrade meand writing a new code... Heu3x..., Actually the BlogEngine.Net also have a new version but it still 1.5.0 beta so I'm quite lazy to upgrade, just wait for the release version. [More]
