ITS Column Analysis 2009

ITS Column Analysis 2009 is a program that will be a match with CSICOL 8.30, this program is improvement from PiscesaCol 1.05 and ITS Column Analysis 1.06. This program still under development, many Code's could be used in this program especially Indonesian Code SNI 2847-2002. Unified Design Provision which is avalaible in ACI 318-02 or earlier would be camparable with later Provision ("Limit State Method"). This Program was scheduled finish in 2010... (Hopefully before I continued My Doctorate Programs).

This program was written using Microsoft Visual C#.Net 2008 for the algorithm and Microsoft Visual Basic.Net 2008 for the GUI, at first the graphics still using the old ones (Microsoft Office Web Components) but it was updated recently using New Microsoft Charts. So it wont need OWC 11 like the old ones. This program stands in a DotNetFrameWork 3.5 SP1 platform which could be directly download from microsoft. The minimum requirements for this programs described below :

  • Processor Pentium III 450 Mhz or eqivalent (XP), Processor Pentium III 600 Mhz or eqivalent (Vista), Processor Pentium III 1 GHz on Windows 7 (32 Bit/64Bit).

  • 128 MB Ram (XP), 512 MB Ram (Vista). 1 GB Ram (Windows 7)

  • 10 MB Harddisk Space.

As well said before this program is free with a feature matching with PCACOL V3.00, PCACOL V3.64, CSICOL 8.30 without biaxial analysis and composite analysis. Table 1 will show comparison about PiscesaCol 1.05, olumn Analysis 2009, PCACOL 3.00, PCACOL 3.64, CSICOL 8.30. Hopefully in a few years we had already finish the road map...^^

From Table 1 above we know that the next generation of ITS Column Analysis 2009 will be somewhat comparable to CSICOL 8.30 with more option through the analysis. This program scheduled finish in 2010 hopefully before I continue pursuing my Phd. A few overview of ITS Column Analysis 2009 will be shown below (Windows 7).

Hopefully this program will be completed as scheduled before. If you have an advice for the future programs please let me know... you can email me at bambangpcs(at)yahoo(dot)com or bambang(dot)piscesa(at)live(dot)com or piscesa(at)ce(dot)its(dot)ac(dot)id.
